Are you taking high-quality supplements? Before you buy a supplement, do your homework because you could be wasting your money! Not all supplements are equal in quality, especially when it comes to Omega-3s, probiotics and multivitamins. Be sure to consult your physician before taking a new supplement.

Exercise equipment
You don’t need to go to the gym to get a great workout! There are simple, easy-to-do exercises you can do right from home with very little equipment. Here are our top 5 must-haves: a quality stability ball (one that is burst-resistant), free weights, durable resistance bands or cables, medicine balls and a floor mat. Where does it start?
The "Pre" Step 1: You’re going to call or e-mail to tell us that you’re ready to make a decision that will change your life dramatically! During this initial call we’ll get a sense of your reason for contacting us, your personal story and core wishes and desires for improved wellness, less pain or an outstanding life vision! We’ll also give you the chance to describe why this is so important to you. When the reasons are strong enough, the results are virtually guaranteed! Then, you make the commitment and we get to work!
Step 1: Comprehensive Health and Lifestyle Assessments
First we need to determine where you are today. Let’s call it the “state of your wellness” step. During this process we systematically ask strategic questions and gather key information about you and your current state of wellness. We will outline your current diet, exercise, sleep and stress patterns.
Step 2: Life Activation Consultation
Now that we’ve gathered lots of real information about your choices, habits and current wellness, we need to review your baseline and discuss what to expect.
Step 3: Physical Assessment
Wellness reaches many areas of your life and one of them is your physical state. During this step we’ll evaluate your posture, movement, core strength, flexibility, blood pressure and body fat, while discussing why all of this matters to you.
Step 4: Development of Individual Wellness Activation Steps
After gathering all of the necessary information we’ll prepare the activation plans to bring your wellness to the next level! We’ll develop your exercise routine, nutrition program, lifestyle improvement goals, as well as any other relevant activation steps.
Step 5: Second Consultation
We’ll review your short term and long term Life Activation Steps and plan for continued progress. It’s ACTION time!
Step 6: Follow-Up Consultations
We’ll meet one day per week for 6 months to review your progress with your program, to celebrate your focus and ongoing commitment, to answer any new questions you may have and to help you overcome new challenges or obstacles which may arise.
*We will re-evaluate your program every 4 to 6 weeks to review and revise your Life Activation Steps as you adapt to your new and exciting direction in life!
